Meteorific!
2003-08-14 | 2:01 a.m. "We don't move in no particular direction Join together with the band..." Hi! I feel really good. Joel called out of the blue, a really cool guy I went to highschool with. He invited Marissa, Kaitlyn and I to the beach to watch the meteor shower, which we missed, but I'm still waiting up for. I took one hit of a joint that was not particularly good, but it made me feel all right. For the first time, I'm discussing my trip to end all trips (consequently the only trip EVER) with a friend online and I'm finally not sensing the onset of a panic attack. I have eaten a whole bowl of Jello though. I haven't done that in like, ever. We all stripped down to our skivvies at the beach and went swimming. The water was really shallow and comfortably cool and sandy, and very clean, and the moon was full. You can see Mars right now, and before the fog rolled in (which was cool to swim in) the stars were just getting spectacular. We felt like a bunch of wonderful hippies. It was a great time! Some people I knew from grade school even showed up. Kyle rode in the trunk, drinking a 40 in the van on the way down. Jay looked as cute as he did when I loved him in grade seven. Crazy Van Dizzle (Zac) drove, and my grade ten sweetheart for a month (Ian) provided the Zeppelin. So yeah, I really enjoyed this Jello. My night sounded fun, eh? We built a good fire. I've learned that this Value Village Australia shirt for little boys looks much better on me, when wet. Note to self: wear wet T-shirt to next job interview. -S
